It’s day three of 2014 and I’m not feeling any less guilty about not posting some thoughts I have, so I guess that’s good enough reason to write them down and send them to you.
I guess a part of me wants to lay out some predictions for the culture-at-large, and wouldn’t that feel great for a…
Wow. Bravo. So eloquently written. What an amazing mind intertwined with your soul. Keep on keeping on. You will always find happiness in the purity of following your heart and that inner voice which will guide you honestly as an artist. And cheers to you for discovering reality can be just as gratifying as your imagination. Here’s to a year of “doing” instead of living almost completely in your head. Integrity. Passion. LOVE. Living. DOING.
So bummed I had to sell my John Mayer tickets. Cannot express how annoyed I am. :( Hope the girl buying them from me enjoys the amazing and gifted musician John Mayer. It was going to be my first JM live Arrrghhhhh teardrop sad face :(
That Samsung Galaxy commercial where the mom and kids are seeing dad off in a taxi cab and she wirelessly sends him a video she warns he “probably shouldn’t watch on the plane” is like a Rorschach test; whatever you think is on that video is exactly what’s on it, and that is how filthy a person you are.
Filthy in this case seems pretty normal :) A bunch of friends over for the night with a lot of ink blot pics seems like a great take on a drinking game. Rorschach tests are so fun but lack virtually any falsifiability. But then again so does believing in a Higher Being.. And the idea flourishes :) And I am perfectly okay with that.
Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes, and for the couple of incredible chip-in gifts that were really above and beyond. (Will show you a little later…) It was an overwhelmingly fun day from beginning to end.
